Our intention was to build a communal building whose architectural quality is based on the environment and the landscape quality of the site. The proposed building is made up of two buildings linked together by a generous, luminous and transparent reception hall that offers a breathtaking view between the old village and the new gardens of the Town Hall. The part of the building that houses the administration area is made of traditional plastered masonry and traditional framing, the part that houses the Council and Wedding Hall is realised in steel structure and framing, glazed on the facades, and traditional plastered masonry. Roofing is envisaged in zinc sheets, whilst photovoltaic panels equipment can be added afterwards. All the interior equipment will be sober and adapted. The landscaping will emphasize the representative character of the building.
