The plot of land allocated to the project for the construction of the Eauze media library is located in Place de la République, close to the historic heart of the medieval town, seat of the Saint-Luperc cathedral. Our design proposed a three-volume building. The first volume houses the reception. The second one includes the various sectors of the media library, exhibition, reading and work spaces. In the third volume, which includes an inner garden, we find the administrative and work areas reserved for staff. Finally, it is through the adequacy of this progressive volumetry and through reasoned modern expression that the multimedia library project is integrated into its historical and urban environment.
