The project is a complete restructuring of the building situated on Franklin Roosevelt Avenue. Firstly, it was necessary to provide an urban response by reprocessing the facade facing the Petit Palais and by the construction of a security station. Secondly, a functional and technical response was provided to allow sustainable use. Our architectural approach was to emphasize the qualities of the existing building, to carry out the inevitable modifications and to provide a building with permanent potential for adaptation. The discreet enhancement was a response to an urban hierarchy that needed to be preserved.
