The Goethe-Institut in Toulouse is housed in the Hôtel de Nupces, a listed building dating from the 18th century. The Hôtel de Nupces consists of a group of buildings organized around three courtyards, the Institute occupying only a small part of the building. The rest of the building complex is mainly occupied by apartments whilst the basement serves as an underground parking. The building is accessible directly from Clémence Isaure Street or from Rue de la Bourse via the adjacent courtyards. Our team was in charge of securing the building and renovating the existing premises.
