The building plot is located on the promontory of Cap Ferret, directly behind the sand dune overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In accordance with the topography, the access from the street was conceived as a platform that disappears in the slope. A fine implantation of the building ensures the protection of inhabitants from nearby views and the creation of a large garage. Taking advantage of the length of the land, a cantilevered roof defines a horizontal plane under which the various volumes are housed, on one level, connected by curved brick glass walls. A work of perforations, rhythm, and contrast animates the volumes and evokes the interior spaces situated behind the white walls. The large interior living spaces flow into each other and are closely linked to the outside space and the surrounding landscape. The building is surrounded by a protected courtyard, in which there is a large outdoor area and a swimming pool.
