Our team is in charge of the technical renovation of the gymnasium and the planning of the attic of the Jean Renoir French High School in Munich. The school is split on two sites within the city centre, in the districts of Giesing (primary) and Sendling (secondary and administration). The attic of the Sendling site will be completely refurbished: in the central space, the floorboards will be removed but the joists will be kept, in order to take advantage of the total volume up to the ridge. Offices will be set up on both sides of the central space and new windows will allow the rooms to be naturally illuminated and offer beautiful views of the city. The gymnasium, located on the Giesing site, requires a complete renovation due to the general lack of maintenance of the building: roof waterproofing, interior design as well as update of the technical equipment.
