Our team was in charge of the renovation of the building located at 5 Rue Maleville, Périgueux, in order to accommodate two services, the Social Security and Labour Courts and thus create a pole with a strong social character. Our goal was to find the ideal scenario of occupation of the premises, while respecting the functional constraints and the budget allocated to the project. Strict compliance with building regulations in terms of accessibility and safety for establishments open to the public were taken into account from the first phase of the project. Sober materials were used to create a delicate design in response to the richness already present. The treatment of the spaces to be refreshed is contemporary.
